The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) today endorsed Ted Budd for US Senate. The NBPC represents the non-supervisory Border Patrol Agents and support personnel assigned to the United States Border Patrol and seeks to preserve the Border Patrol motto of “Honor First” and the oath of office sworn by all Border Patrol Agents. Bishop, who lives in Charlotte, previously served as a Mecklenburg County Commissioner during Pat McCrory’s second decade as a politician and later represented Charlotte in the NC House and NC Senate during Pat McCrory’s third decade as an elected official. Now, in the fourth decade of Pat McCrory’s career in politics, Bishop is endorsing Ted Budd for Senate because Ted Budd is a true conservative.

Ted Budd is a small businessman raised in Davie County where he and his wife, Amy Kate, live today with their three children and Boone, their dog.
