“I am very excited that Andrew Bell is going to be serving as my Chief of Staff,” said Congressman-Elect Ted Budd. “I look forward to working with him on a daily basis as I represent the best interests of the 13th District. My wife Amy Kate and I trust Andrew and in his ability to help put together and lead a Congressional staff that will be fighting to create jobs, lower taxes, and preserve freedoms for North Carolina’s 13th District citizens.”

“Congressman-Elect Budd spent the last eight months making his case to voters about the need for a true conservative outsider in Washington, DC.

“Having led his campaign efforts, I know first-hand the frustrations that 13th District voters have with the federal government and why they decided to send someone serious about creating jobs, lowering taxes, and protecting the Constitution to Congress. Congressman-Elect Budd is not just another politician and I am grateful for the honor to serve as his Chief of Staff.”

Andrew Bell successfully led Congressman-Elect Budd’s recent campaign efforts including a 10 point victory in a 17-way Republican Primary Election and a 13 point victory in the General Election. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of Advance for Dr. Ben Carson and as Special Assistant to Speaker Newt Gingrich.

Bell is a native of Fayetteville, NC and holds a Business Degree with a Political Science Minor from North Carolina State University.
